I just discovered a very cool PLUGIN (not a theme) that lets you create custom page layouts. It's from Elegant Themes, and its interesting in that it looks both cool and easy.
The pricing is $89 a year (and you get 76 themes, and 3 other plugins) for that price. As they add more themes and plugins you will have access to those as well. If you compare this to the iThemes Builder theme ($189 Developer pack) you can save some cash (and keep your theme).
