I was bummed I could not attend the latest Podcasters Round table with Ray Ortega, Daniel J. Lewis, Dan Hayes, Mike Russell, and Rob Walch. They talked about spreading yourself too thin.  Some of my favorite highlights included:

1. Insights into using social networks like pinterest, linked in, etc.

2. If your episodes have between 150-200 downloads (after a month of being published) you are broken through the top 50% of podcasters.

3. Embrace your teenage listeners, they have more time to promote your show.

4. .06 percent of podcasts are consumed set top boxes like Roku.
